Description

 While the device is in repair by the IT Service Desk, the owner of the device is eligible for a loaner laptop. IT Service Desk will make an attempt to accommodate the user by providing a Mac device for Mac users and Windows device for Windows users from the available loaner pool. IT Service Desk does not provide loaner laptops for laptops not in its care (for example, a laptop in repair at the Apple Store).

Once the repair is in progress, please use the Laptop Loaner Request service on the right to submit a request for a loaner. Note: loaner requests submitted without an approved laptop repair, will be canceled as the IT Service Desk does not currently provide loaners without a qualifying repair in process.
