IT departments perform annual or more frequent recycling of university owned/purchased and some personal devices, peripherals, and parts. Members of the university may drop off items for recycling or request a recycling pick up at the locations where that is possible. Note: university owned laptops (adjunct, staff, faculty short and long term lease) that are no longer wanted must be returned to the service desk to be processed by IT procurement and shall not be recycled until then.
