Use this request to obtain a license for Cisco Jabber. Jabber is the university’s unified communications client that allows users to place and receive phone calls from their computer.
Submit this request if you or another user requires a new Jabber license to support job responsibilities such as remote calling.
After the request is submitted, IT will review the request, assign the appropriate license, and configure the user’s account if necessary. Additional setup instructions may be provided to ensure Jabber is installed and properly connected to the university’s phone system.
