The following article is a guide on how to access, register your vehicle, and apply for an external vendor permit on the Roker Parking system.
Note: This does not apply for 3PA (Third Party Access) Vendors. For Third Party Access Vendors, apply for a permit here: Apply for a Permit
Vendor Permit Applications
- Access the Sacred Heart University Roker Home Page found here: https://sacredheart.rokerplus.com/
- Click on the "User Login" button at the top right of the screen.
- On the Visitor Login page, there will be two options for logging in. Enter your username (email address) and your password.
- Click on the "Log In" button. Do NOT use the Student/Staff/Employee login button.
- Select your Parking.
- If you’re unsure of the permit or location you’re purchasing a permit at, type "Sacred Heart" and the correct permits or locations will show. You may see both permit types and locations, but only one needs to be selected.
- Continue through the permit application process.
- If there are any errors on the screen, you can click on a section to open up the Editing window.
- Once complete with the application, verify permit details and fees, see below for an example.
- Read and accept the Terms and Conditions for the Roker Parking system.
- Click on "Submit"
- Once you click on Submit, your permit is now ACTIVE.
