Description
IT Service Desk helps students, faculty, staff and vendors with technical issues, requests, and questions related to technology, software, and hardware. These services include troubleshooting hardware problems, software installation and configuration, network and internet connectivity issues, and support for other technology-related needs. Technical support can be provided through various channels, including phone, email, online chat, and in-person assistance. Self-service options are also available, including resources such as a knowledge base, video tutorials, and online documentation to help users troubleshoot common problems.

Who is eligible?
Active and incoming staff, faculty, students and vendors. Limited support is available for alumni.
Where and how do I access it?
Park Ave Campus - Main Academic Building, across from 63's cafeteria.
West Campus - West Building, 1st floor next to Pios Kitchen.
CHE - 3rd floor, at the back of the building.
Stamford Tandet - 2nd floor, lounge area.

Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 7:30pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
