Description

Door access control provides a higher level of security by restricting unauthorized access to sensitive areas such as research labs, server rooms, administrative offices, or dormitories. Only authorized individuals with valid SHU Card permissions can gain access. The door access system offers the ability to manage and control access permissions efficiently. Access can be granted or revoked for specific individuals or groups, and temporary access can be provided for visitors or contractors.

Who is eligible?

Active faculty, staff, students, and vendors with a SHU card have door access appropriate for their position at the university.
