How to Add Student Remarks in Colleague

Colleague provides the opportunity to store comments about students. Anyone who has access to this screen will be able to see all of the notes. 

Add Student Remarks

  1. Go to STRK (Student Remarks)
  2. Look up student
  3. Drill down into the document icon
  4. Enter the note
  5. Click Save
  6. Click the dropdown for Type (these options can be customized)
  7. Enter Colleague ID for Author
  8. Click the dropdown for Reference (these options can be customized)
  9. Date will automatically be updated with the current date
  10. Click Save and Update
