Running the Requisite Mismatch Report
Log in to Colleague and enter RQMM (Requisite Mismatch) in the Form Search box
In the prerequisites Previous/Either box, enter Y
If you are looking to identify corequisites in the Concurrent/Either box enter Y
In the sort field, you can click the dropdown to choose sort by name or by section
Click the dropdown for output and choose, Report, Spreadsheet or Both Report and Spreadsheet
In the Course Terms field, enter all of the terms you want to identify
if you are entering a main term like FA or SP, you should enter the mini-terms that fall under each in case the students are taking the course in an Ahead or Module term but you don't need to enter these mini-terms if you know the course is not offered in ahead or mods
In the Courses line, enter the course subject and catalog number
Save and Update to run the report. If you chose Spreadsheet, you may need to download the spreadsheet and open in Excel
These are the basic instructions for identifying mismatches. This report can be run for specific students, academic programs, academic levels or specific course sections, you would populate the fields in the lower part of the screen as needed.
