​How to Update Emergency Notification Phone Number

Follow these steps to change the phone number used to receive emergency notifications from SHU:

Updating Emergency Notification Phone Number

  1. Log into the Account Management System (AMS)
  2. Using the Current User section, enter network username and password
  3. Go to the bottom section titled "Provide/Update Emergency Notification Number"
  4. In the box near Phone Number, enter the 10 digit phone number without dashes
  5. Click the "Submit" button
  6. The login page will display again
