How to Update your Emergency Notification Phone Number

Emergency contact information is critical for ensuring a quick and efficient response during an emergency. The emergency phone number you enter is the number the University will use to send important emergency notifications. 

Set your Emergency Phone Number

  1. Navigate to Sacred Heart University's Account Management System
  2. In the text box provided, enter your SHU E-mail address. 
  3. If prompted, enter your SHU email address and SHU password. 
  4. Confirm you are on the Personal Information tab from the left-hand navigation.
  5. The Emergency Phone Number box will be blank even if a phone number has been provided.
  6. Select the blue Edit details button. 
  7. Enter the best phone number to receive emergency notifications.
  8. Select Save
