How to Accept Agreements in SPA

Person Agreements are a feature available in SPA. An example is the Student Financial Agreement.

Procedure

  1. Log into SPA
  2. To access Required Agreements do either of the following:
    • Click on the Username on the top right of the screen and select Required Agreements
    • From the left navigation click on User Options and select Required Agreements
  3. A window will appear displaying the following: Document Title, Agreement Period, Due Date, and Status (default is Incomplete)
  4. Under the Action section, select View on the far right
  5. The contents of the agreement will be displayed
  6. Select accept to accept the terms
  7. A window will appear providing the opportunity to print the agreement
  8. The status will change to Accepted with the current date
