Concurrent Enrollment and Billing Multiple AR Types in Colleague

This will allow for a student with two different active programs to be billed appropriately as long as one program type is billing by course section and the other by billing table. EX: ESL student taking full time non-credit ESL courses (billed at course section level) but also registered for a per-credit undergrad course (billed by student type).

Concurrent Enrollment and Billing Multiple AR Types

1. On SECB screen, setup course sections for non-credit classes to be billed off of course.

  • Enter amount for Tuition with appropriate AR Code​
  • make sure there is no value for Billing Period Type

2. On SACP screen, setup student with 2 active academic programs:

  • ex: CE.UN for ESL program, UG.UN for credit course​

3. On SPRO screen, setup student with Student Type of PT (Part Time Undergraduate) 4. Once the courses and program/student types are setup properly, on RGN screen register student for non-credit and credit courses

  • ​ex: ESL 004 A and CS100 A

5. Use BILL screen to bill the student, two invoices will be produced each with the separate AR Code

  • ​ex: one for 01 and another for 04​​
