There are several automated scheduled jobs in the Process Handler within Colleague that support this data transfer.

To establish opening balances to be used with Financial Statements. The process estimates the opening balances for the balance sheet accounts when the preceding fiscal year is open. |

Status
At 5:00 am daily a report is emailed with information regarding the latest data load. To confirm the successful completion of the process at any time, use the FRXL (FDM Load Status) screen in Colleague. At the "Data Mart LookUp" prompt enter "COLLIVE". A list of the successful loads will display showing the date and time.
