Requesting GL Codes in Colleague

When a new GL code is needed for Colleague, send a request with the following information:

• New Component to be created: Fund, Function, Object, Unit, Source, Location
• New value to be used: ex: 16
• ​Description of the new value
• GL Account Tag
• Rebate Tax Code
• Net Asset Class (Unrestricted, Permanently Restricted, Temporarily Restricted)
• GL Account Definition
• Authorize Accounts (Y, N), if Yes provide the following:
  • Ledger ID
  • Status accounts will contain
  • Budget Officer ID
