Overview
We love hearing your ideas about how to improve! Submit your ideas by clicking the Submit Idea button to the right. All ideas are forwarded directly to the Information Technology department who will review the idea, investigate the business case, and evaluate the idea based on the following criteria:
- Value to the University: How much value the idea will provide to the members of our University. We evaluate this based on the information you provide in the enhancement request form and how often we see similar requests.
- Strategic Alignment: How closely the idea aligns with University's strategic plan.
- Effort: The level of effort required implement the idea.
Request Evaluation
Our team may reach out to you with clarifying questions. The team will also set the “Product Idea Status” to one of the following:
- Improvement Candidate – The idea will be considered for implementation.
- Backlog – The idea has been added to the backlog for future consideration. It will be reviewed periodically as we update the product roadmap.
- Not a Candidate – The idea will not be considered for implementation.
When one of your ideas is beginning implementation, we will notify you via the ticket you submitted.
