Asset Management

Description

The Asset Management process at Sacred Heart University enables the IT Procurement team to efficiently manage, track, and optimize university-owned technology assets throughout their life cycle.

This includes:

  • Procurement and deployment
  • Ongoing tracking and reassignment
  • Life cycle planning and refresh time lines
  • Maintenance and support coordination
  • Retirement and disposal of outdated or broken assets

Asset management helps ensure compliance with university policies and maximizes the value of every device in service.
