Course Not Appearing on Student's Schedule in SPA

All course sections that a student is registered for should appear on the timeline/course plan/schedule.  If the student does not see a course section, then it could be for one of these reasons:

  1. Selected term is incorrect.
  2. Something went wrong when the student tried registering for the class and the registration did not complete.

 

Selected Term is Incorrect Resolution

  • The selected term is not correct.  Some classes appear under mini-terms (for example ... instead of Spring 2024 it might really be a part of Spring Module 3 2024 or AHEAD Spring 3 2024). 
  • Try selecting one of the mini-terms to see if it appears.

Registration Did Not Complete

  • Something went wrong when the student tried registering for the class and the registration did not complete. 
  • Contact the Registrars Office for assistance.
