The IT Service Desk is a part of Information Technology and has multiple locations including the Park Ave Campus, West Campus, Center for Healthcare Education and Stamford Tandent.  The Service Desk offers a full-service center that will address the technology support needs of all Sacred Heart University employees and students.

The MySHU portal at Sacred Heart University is an online platform designed to provide access to various resources and services related to the university.

Blackboard Ultra is the Sacred Heart University Learning Management system and is used to facilitate courses.


IT Service Desk is able to repair supported laptop devices and provide loaner laptops to students for the duration of the laptop repair.


The laptop repair agreement must be accepted before the IT Service Desk is able to proceed with a qualified repair.


Whenever a qualifying member of the university is issued a device, they must accept the computer license agreement.
